Meet the lead pastor

Spencer Martin

Lead Pastor

Spencer and Olivia first met at Two Cities Church shortly after the church launched in 2016. They were married in May 2018 and have four children: Emma, Shepherd, Maggie, and Josie.

Spencer attended The Summit Church while an undergraduate at UNC-Chapel Hill before moving to Winston-Salem for PA school at Wake Forest University. After working as a PA in gastroenterology for several years, he has served full-time as the College and Missions Pastor at Two Cities Church for more than five years.

They are eager to join what the Lord is already doing in Charlotte by planting a gospel-centered, missions-minded church with a heart to raise up and send out the next generation of leaders.

Fall 2027. Between now and then, we'll be building a launch team, praying, and gathering regularly as a launch team.
Our Sunday meeting location will be finalized in 2027, but we aim to be within 20 minutes of UNC-Charlotte in the Concord Mills area.
The Oaks is being planted through The Summit Collaborative and Send Network.
Yes. Our Kids Ministry will partner with parents to raise a generation in Christ. We will strive to help our children meet Jesus and make friends. Every Sunday, kids will be loved, taught, and cared for in safe, age-appropriate environments led by background-checked volunteers who genuinely love kids and the gospel.
